Research Use Only Policy

Every product sold by AminotimeLLC (“Aminotime,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) is sold strictly for research use only (“RUO”). This policy explains what that means, what we require of every buyer, and how we enforce it. It forms part of our Terms of Service, and by placing an order you agree to it.

1. What research use only means

All products are intended solely for in-vitro laboratory research, analytical testing, and development work performed by qualified persons. Our products:

• are not drugs, dietary supplements, foods, cosmetics, or medical devices;
• are not for human or veterinary use, and must not be ingested, injected, inhaled, applied to the skin, or otherwise introduced into or onto a human or animal body;
• are not for diagnostic or therapeutic use; and
• have not been evaluated or approved by the U.S. Food and Drug Administration (FDA) for any use, and are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, mitigate, or prevent any disease or condition.

2. Who may purchase

Products are sold only to buyers who are at least 21 years old and who are purchasing for legitimate research purposes, such as researchers, laboratories, academic and educational institutions, and businesses engaged in research and development. We may ask for proof of age, identity, institutional or business affiliation, or the intended research application at any time, and we may cancel any order if that information is not provided.

3. Buyer attestation

At checkout you will be asked to confirm, and by placing an order you certify, that:

1. you are 21 or older and purchasing solely for lawful laboratory research or analytical purposes;
2. the products will not be used in or on humans or animals, and will not be given, sold, or transferred to anyone for that purpose;
3. you, or the persons who will handle the products, are trained to handle research chemicals safely;
4. you will store, handle, and dispose of the products in line with applicable law and accepted laboratory practice, away from minors and unauthorized persons; and
5. you have confirmed that purchasing and possessing the products is lawful where you are located.

4. No dosing, usage, or medical guidance

We do not provide, and our staff will not discuss, dosing, administration, protocols, or any human or animal use of our products. Nothing on our website, labels, packaging, emails, or social media, and nothing said by our staff, is medical advice or a recommendation to use any product in a human or animal. Product information is limited to scientific and quality data such as chemical identity, molecular weight, purity, testing methods, storage conditions, and certificates of analysis.

5. Labeling and packaging

Every product is labeled “For Research Use Only. Not for Human or Veterinary Use.” You may not remove, alter, or obscure this labeling, or repackage, relabel, or present any product as suitable for human or animal use.
